RentCast-specific note: if you opt into Comp Pulls, your property addresses and RentCast API key are transmitted directly from your device to RentCast's servers. We do not see or store this data. See RentCast's privacy policy at rentcast.io.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. The App's content (real estate investing, contracts) is intended for adult users.
California residents have specific rights regarding personal information. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not sell or share personal information, and there is no personal information to access or delete on our servers (we have none). All data remains on your device. To delete data on your device, uninstall the App or use the "Wipe All App Data" option in Settings.
We process no personal data within the meaning of GDPR. Local data on your device is fully under your control. The third-party APIs listed above are accessed by your device; their use is governed by each provider's own GDPR posture.
Local data is protected by your device's operating system security (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore equivalents). We strongly recommend:
We cannot recover data lost from device failure, theft, or uninstall. There is no cloud backup of your saved deals or contracts unless and until cloud sync is added in a future version (you will be notified before such a feature is enabled).

This version of the App is free. If we add paid features in the future:
The "Investor Tools & Partners" section of the App contains affiliate links to third-party services (lenders, LLC formation, lead generation tools, insurance, CPAs). We may earn a commission if you sign up through these links. This does not affect your price. We only list services we'd recommend regardless of commission.
When you tap a partner link, you leave the App and visit the third party's website. Tracking on those sites (cookies, IDs, etc.) is governed by the third party's privacy policy, not ours. The App does not transmit any data about you to those sites — only the click itself, which is standard outbound web traffic.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or release notes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
